Payment Policy

  • Initial Booking Amount – USD 145 per person or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)
  • Between 40 days prior to the departure date - 75% of the remaining tour cost
  • Less than 20 days prior to the departure date - 100% of the tour cost required

Terms And Conditions

  • The package cost is dynamic in nature and flight cost fluctuations might take place.
  • The cancellation and refund policy mentioned is only on land package, excluding flight pricing. 
  • The payment policy mentioned is only on land package, excluding flight pricing. 
  • The package cost is all inclusive, but flight invoice and land package invoice will be shared separately over the email. 
  • If customer wishes to purchase full package including flight fare, the payment terms and policy will be different. Flight ticket payment will be collected on 100% basis before issuing the tickets.
  • Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
  • Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hours, and check-out time is 1200 Hrs.
  • Early check-in and late check-out will be provided if requested by the customer, Subject to availability.
  • We are not holding any confirmed hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. The quotation might change based on the actual availability of the service.
  • We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience. 
  • Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
  • In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
  • We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
  • Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability. 
  • Cancellation & Date Changes within 10 days -100% Nonrefundable.    
  • Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable. 
  • In case of refund, bank transactions charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.
  • In case of credit card transactions, refunds will be done only to the same credit card.
  • Refund would normally take 14 working days.
  • The rates are not valid on a special occasion or events the surcharges may be applicable over and above the package cost for the requested period. We will inform you of such costs at the time of booking or before confirming the package
  • No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
  • Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Holiday Trip accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the Activities and/or in connection with your contract with us and/or the operator of any Activities. You are advised to have comprehensive travel and health insurance. All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the Activity.You understand and accept the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in certain of the Activities. You take responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in the particular Activity.
  • VISA Terms & Conditions
    Visa application fee is non-refundable in all cases, including visa application rejection.
  • Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. A penalty will be charged per visitor on the first day of overstaying and penalty for every additional day thereafter.
  • Visa applications will be accepted only after the verification of all required documents and receipt of the complete payment. All visas are issued as single-entry e-visas. Visas issued under visit/business/transit/tourist profession are not eligible to work in destination country.
    Once accepted, visa applications require a minimum of 5-10 working days to process and may take longer. Visa application approval and processing time is at the sole discretion of the government.
  • The vendor reserves the right to refuse applications at its discretion and bears no liability for the processing time or rejection of visa applications by the government.
  • The guarantor bears full responsibility for the authenticity of all documents provided, for the medical condition of the visitor, for ensuring that the visitor does not commit any crimes during their visit and for ensuring that the visitor does not overstay their visit.


  • Q: Do you provide tickets attractions in the Country?expand_more

    A: Yes, we do offer flexible passes and tickets if its listed on our website. The Tickets depend in the form of eVoucher or a Hard copy as per the guidelines of these Attractions.

  • Q: Is it possible for me to change or postpone the travel date once the booking is done?expand_more

    A: Yes, it’s possible to make amendments in your travel arrangements. But make sure that you send us an amendment request and get it confirmed well in advance of your travel date. Also, please be informed that amendments will be accepted only in accordance with the respective tour’s terms and conditions.

  • Q: Should I reconfirm my booking before the travel date?expand_more

    A: No reconfirmation of booking is required. Nevertheless, the booking of certain tours is subject to availability. In such a case, our Sales Representative will send you an email, clearly detailing the entire options about the tour availability, and book the tour or tickets according to your convenience.

  • Q: Upon making the reservation and payment, how will I confirm whether or not it has been received by The Holiday Trip?expand_more

    A: As soon as we receive your payment, we’ll send you a booking voucher via email.

  • Q: How long will it take for the refund of my canceled tour?expand_more

    A: This largely depends on the cancellation policies of your tour. However, some Tours are governed by Third Party Contracts and are liable as per third party policies. Normally it may take 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date: The entire amount paid as 1st payment instalment (deposit) would be non-refundable.
  • Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date: The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable; anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.
  • Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date: The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.
  • Cancellation charges per person :
  • 50 or more days before departure: 30%
  • Between 49 to 30 days before departure: 50%
  • Between 29 to 2 days before departure: 100%
