CGH Earth is a five-decade long
experiment in hospitality. Our
properties are mirrors held up to
the environments and communities
they are born from. Nothing has been
added that does not already belong.
Because nothing more was necessary.
The result, we like to believe, are
experiences as immersive as they are
authentic.
The
History Cafe : Cultures And
Crossover Cuisines
The warm woods and
massive teak crossbeams of the
History Cafe are an obvious setting
for a dinner that travels through
time.
Sample a fusion of Dutch, Syrian
Christian, Anglo Indian and of
course, Keralan cuisines. The
Terrace Grill , from where this
picture is taken, dishes up fresh
seafood that comes to us straight
off the morning trawlers

On
The Quadrangle
The broad, high
corridor that rings the grassy
central courtyard is an
ever-shifting kaleidoscope. The
reception area gives way to a lounge
overhung with punkahs, then on to a
billiard table. Turn a corner and
you find yourself in an English tea
room, the perfect place to take in a
cuppa and soak in the atmosphere..
