Riverdale Resorts, a dream child of its
Chairman Mr. P.S. Jacob, an eminent NRI
based in UAE for over 25 years was incepted
in April 2002. Professionals from all walks
of life ranging from Accountants, Engineers,
Architects, Advertising experts, Travel &
Tourism experts to Hospitality industry
professionals came together contributing to
the Riverdale project a combined expertise
and knowledge of over 100 years!

apartments/Villas are centrally
air-conditioned, furnished to a very
high standard. The living/dining
area is very spacious. There are
dining facilities for six. The
bedrooms are very spacious with
attached bathrooms. The kitchen is
fully equipped with all modern
amenities. Large balconies provide
an ideal spot to enjoy the sunshine
and breeze alone or with loved ones
and friends.
Riverdale offers five types of
villas all of which are fully
furnished and centrally air-
conditioned.

The Riverside Villas, an interesting

air-conditioned deluxe apartment
consists of a well designed living
room with 3 + 2 sofa sets,
centre-table, Colour TV with popular
satellite channels and tastefully
decorated interiors.

Marmaram Conference Centre is the
premier location for corporate
meetings, executive development,
conferences and retreats. The AC
Sound proof conference hall can
accommodate 150 plus people and has
advanced meeting facilities that
include projectors, high-speed
Internet access, remote-control
lighting, screens and ergonomic
seating.This area is also ideal for
hosting seminars, lectures, and

exhibitions and trade fairs in the

Resort! This exclusive programme is
based on the Vedic Science –
Ayurveda.

individual by our Ayurvedic
physician after a thorough

Ayurveda focuses on establishing and
maintaining balance of the life
energies within us, rather than
focusing on individual symptoms. It
recognizes the unique constitutional

therefore recommends different

appear to have the same outward
symptoms, their energetic
constitutions may be very different
and therefore call for very
different remedies.

Houseboat |

House boat – Large
traditional wooden boat of sixty
feet in length called “Kettuvallams”
are converted into floating luxury
dwelling units, having a large
bedroom, living room, kitchen,
balcony etc. also available house
boat with a conference hall having a
capacity of eight pax is also
available for corporate parties and
private functions.
 A
boat ride into the countryside
offers a close look at rustic
village life- large flocks of
domesticated ducks waddling down to
the water from thatched houses on
the banks. Women, neck-deep in
water, with their waist-length hair
heaped in a crown, catching fish
with their feet, aimless cattle
grazing in lush pastures, white
lotuses floating here and there in
small, shallow ponds.
Each houseboat is of excellent
construction and luxurious
furnishing with exquisite flooring,
hull and valavara (canopy). It is
also provided with a sun deck,
spacious living / dining area.
Attached toilets are also provided.
Enjoy delectable Kerala Cuisine
while on board the house boat. The
boats are specially designed to
facilitate a most eco-friendly
functioning.
