Realizing the growing need for this service in Kerala & the potential of Kochi a the Gateway to Kerala, a group of professionals joined hands to offer hospitality in its newest form in Kochi, targeting a privileged class of holiday makers, business executives & NRI's’ to form Riverdale Holiday Homes & Apartments. Work on the project, a dream child of its Chairman Mr. P.S. Jacob, an eminent NRI based in UAE for over 25 years, started in mid 2000 & was completed on schedule in April. The other directors include professional from all walks of life ranging from professional accountants, engineers, architects, advertising experts, travel & tourism experts, to hotel industry professionals, together contributing to the Riverdale project a combined expertise & knowledge of over 100 years. The company has its registered office in Ernakulam & has ambitious growth plans for the future. After having completed the present Riverdale Serviced Apartments, the group have already laid down plans to diversify into other fields which include travel agency operations, motels, construction & complete servicing& maintenance of luxury villas exclusively for NRI’s. Under the dynamic leadership of its Chairman & its Board of Directors, Riverdale is already a name to reckon with in the hospitality industry in Kochi, truly living up to its mission statement.
 

 Accommodation

Our luxury two-bedroom apartments are centrally air-conditioned, furnished to a very high standard. The living/dining area is very spacious with attached bathrooms. There are dining facilities for six. The bedrooms are very spacious and has two large size beds in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. The property is conveniently located within 15 minutes drive from the bustling commercial center of Kochi and at the same time is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is set amidst the picturesque 11 acres of lush green land on the banks of the river "Kaniampuzha". Our facilities include, Club house, Swimming pool, Jogger's track, Satellite TV channels, Round the clock reception, Boat service and a Conference hall fitted with state-of-the-art equipment.

At Riverdale Resort you have the ideal choice of accommodation. Our luxury apartments/Villas are centrally air-conditioned, furnished to a very high standard. The living/dining area is very spacious. There are dining facilities for six. The bedrooms are very spacious with attached bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. Large balconies provide an ideal spot to enjoy the sunshine and breeze alone or with loved ones and friends.

Riverdale offers five types of villas all of which are fully furnished and centrally air- conditioned.

Presidential Bungalow – 3 bedroom, ideal for those who look for the ultimate luxury. River view, own lawn and garden are few of the outstanding features.

Royal Villas – 2 A/c bedrooms, A/c dining area, living and a fully equipped kitchen. .

Executive Villa – 2 A/c bedrooms, non A/c living room and dining area.

Royal Suite – 1 A/c bedroom, A/c living and dining together.

Classic Villa – 1 A/c bedroom, Non A/c living & dining area

Deluxe Room – 1 A/c bedroom, Bathroom attached.

All the above types of villas have very spacious bedrooms with attached baths and a fully fitted kitchen, which is very convenient for those who prefer to cook on their own.

The Riverside Villas, an interesting mix of the past and the present, each in complete harmony with nature. The centrally air-conditioned deluxe apartment consists of a well designed living room with 3 + 2 sofa sets, centre-table, Colour TV with popular satellite channels and tastefully decorated interiors.

A well-appointed spacious dining room, with glass top dining table and wooden cushioned dining chairs for 6 people. Two cozy and spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, two cots, dressing table and a wardrobe add to the charm.

A fully equipped modern kitchenette, where you can choose to cook your own recipe completes the whole dιcor.After all it's all about feeling at home...
 

Conference Hall

Majilis
A state-of-the-art AC Conference Center , outfitted with the latest in audio-visual conferencing facilities, can accommodate up to 40 plus people. The services of the hall can be made available at very attractive rates. The Cozy Hall, as its name implies is ideal for hosting regional conferences, regular sales/product presentations & launches, seminars, work-shops, board meetings, receptions, private functions, religious ceremonies etc.

Marmaram
Marmaram Conference Centre is the premier location for corporate meetings, executive development, conferences and retreats. The AC Sound proof conference hall can accommodate 150 plus people and has advanced meeting facilities that include projectors, high-speed Internet access, remote-control lighting, screens and ergonomic seating.This area is also ideal for hosting seminars, lectures, and receptions held in conjunction with exhibitions and trade fairs in the Exhibition Hall.
The hall is also the perfect environment for banquets, corporate outings, family reunions, and social occasions.

House boat –
Large traditional wooden boat of sixty feet in length called “Kettuvallams” are converted into floating luxury dwelling units, having a large bedroom, living room, kitchen, balcony etc. also available house boat with a conference hall having a capacity of eight pax is also available for corporate parties and private functions.
