Nilaya in Sanskrit means abode in the blue: "heaven".

Our health club is not biased towards sport or violent exercise (though we do have a state of the art gym, jogging trails as well as an excellent tennis court). Instead, we offer relaxation therapies: Ayurvedic oil massage, steam baths and yoga.
