Dukes Villa offers facilities in all the rooms such as
writing table, a split unit AC and an attached bathroom. From
the practical point of view there is a washing machine tucked
away in a niche in the passage. The kitchen is fully fitted
including a gas cooker, microwave and a refrigerator.

We always provide a complimentary starter pack of basic
household items that includes: - soap powder, washing up
liquid, candles, salt and pepper, matches, toilet rolls, dish
cloths and mosquito repellent. We recommend that to make your
first day more relaxing you order our optional grocery
hamper. We will shop for you before your arrival and your
refrigerator will be stocked with an initial supply of fruit
juices, mineral water, beer, coffee, tea, biscuits, milk and
sugar; fresh eggs, cornflakes, jam, bread, butter and cheese;
cooking oil, 1 bottle Mineral water, fruit and vegetables.
Please order your Grocery Hamper at the time of booking.
This includes a purchasing and delivery charge.
Please indicate on the booking form whether you want to book
a hamper and for how many people. The cost will be added to
your final balance.
Personal Supervision:
All our properties are supervised and standards are
maintained.
Daily Maid Service Our Housekeeping staff, will ensure your
stay is as comfortable as possible. They will keep your
accommodation spotlessly clean and change bed linen and
towels at least twice a week. In many of our properties the
maids will attend to light personal laundry. Where this is
not provided a laundry service will be available for a small
charge. The housekeeping staff attend everyday but Sunday is
usually a holiday.
Gas, Electric and Telephone There are no hidden extras. The
price of your holiday rental includes gas, and electricity
charges and where your property has a telephone all local
calls are complimentary.
