۞ Accomodation
Bodh Gaya is full of hotels, but the temple-
and monastery-run guest houses arc best.
During the winter months, they fill up
quickly. Remember to respect the rules of
the religious community—no drinking,
smoking, or "improper sexual conduct."
۞
Food:
Seasonla stalls in front of the
Mahabodhi Temple and Burmese Vihar whip up
lassis & cakes. A few places in the market
lane sizzle fritters year-round. The lithis
in the family -operated tea stalls in front
of the Thai temple have been known to
transport hungry pilgrims to higher states
of contentment
